A living story

In 1459, Joan Masroig acquired the Es Molí estate, a property of olive groves and two mills that thrived under Deià’s ideal conditions for oil production. Over the centuries, the Masroig family preserved the land’s traditions and heritage, becoming an essential part of the local community.

The estate’s history continued to evolve, and in 1965 it was transformed into the hotel it is today, a place where Mallorcan culture, nature and hospitality come together in a way that feels timeless and deeply authentic.
