ADJUSTMENTS OF OUR SERVICES (Covid-19)

Social Distancing in all areas of the hotel. Rearrangement of furniture, limited capacity and adapted services. Our wonderful gardens of 15,000 m2 offer the quiet you are looking for.

Cleaning and disinfection according to protocols by our trained staff. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Common areas with hand sanitizer dispensers. Adapted and more frequent cleaning of the rooms and common areas.

QR Codes on the menus of our bars and restaurants. Prioritization of digital information avoiding as much as possible common print products which cannot be disinfected.

MASK USE AND SOCIAL DISTANCE

  • Mandatory within the entire hotel. Once seated inside the bar, lounge or restaurant, its use will not be necessary.
  • It is not mandatory, although it is advisable to use it on the terraces, in the gardens and the pool area until you are seated.
  • It is not necessary to use it inside the rooms and terraces of the rooms.
  • Masks prescribed from the age of 6 years onwards.
  • The mandatory social distance is 1.50 m.
  • Lifts: only one person, a couple, a family or a group.

 

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 

  • Check-in time: 3.00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
  • Please keep to these times as this will help us to comply with the cleaning protocols. Thank you.

 

 

MULETA

  • Bus time tables:

          Hotel-Muleta: 10.00-12.30-15.30

         Muleta-Hotel: 12.00-15.00-18.00

  • Limited capacity to guarantee social distance.
  • Transfer to Muleta through the hotel bus service or by own car.
  • Maximum capacity bus 25 people, once full you will have to wait for the next one.
  • Access only with prior reservation made in person at the hotel reception indicating the transport to use.
  • Muleta Bus: mandatory use of a mask. Each trip the bus will be disinfected.
  • Sun loungers and tables: They are not reserved, only the access to Muleta is reserved. For use, please contact our Muleta staff.

 

 

BREAKFAST

  • Assisted buffet served at the table on the Deia Terrace.
  • In case of bad weather, it will be served in the Restaurant Es Jardí.
  • Fill in the order and leave it hanging outside the room the night before.
  • You can repeat as much as you want.
  • Breakfast room service only in case of early check-out. A cold continental breakfast will be served.

 

SWIMMING POOL

  • Limited capacity. Please wait to be attended for the use of sun loungers. They are not reserved.
  • Respect the social distance of 2 meters within the pool, and the regulations for the use of the pool.
  • The service of the bar & restaurant will be at the table. Please wait to be attended. QR Menu.

 

 

RESTAURANT ES JARDI & LOUNGE BAR-TAPAS

  • Limited capacity. Please wait to be attended. QR Menu.
  • Table reservations can be made.
  • THE MENU OF THE ES JARDÍ RESTAURANT WILL BE SERVED ON THE TERRACE OF OUR TAPAS BAR.

 

 

MINIBAR

  • Water and beer. If you wish more products from our list, please contact reception.

 

 

LUGGAGE & COURTESY ROOM

  • Exclusive use as luggage storage. Shower out of service.
  • Access only for the hotel staff.
  • Please take it into consideration in case of late check-out.
