I invite you to become part of our Es Moli family. We are the longest established hotel in Deia, idyllically situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Es Moli has been providing a home away from home for close to 60 years. The common theme amongst our guests, visitors and staff is that when they have been once, they look to return.

We are more than just a hotel room. Es Moli is a historic Mallorcan country estate converted into a destination. There are our lush gardens, our spring water swimming pool, large terraces, Mediterranean rocky bathing cove – Muleta, our various restaurants and our wonderful rich special character.

Beautiful views from the hotel. A little outdated rooms but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was okay - nothing fancy. We enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts. Had dinner at the Tapas restaurant one night - it was good, but the restaurants in town were better. Very short beautiful walk to the small town. The service was okay. Highly recommend booking the beach for a few hours one day - it was a highlight for us!

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and eager to help at all times. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular and incredibly special. Meleta beach is breathtaking and can’t be beat. The walk into Deia is easy and only took about 15 minutes. Can’t wait to come back. Many thanks to everyone who made our visit so special.

The view and the garden are stunning. 5/5 stars all the way.However, the service was horrible on all our 5 days at the hotel. Sometimes it was so insanely bad that we thought it was a joke. But it was not. Some examples:- Staff members simply don’t react at all when you say ‚good morning’. They just look at you saying nothing. 90% of times.- At breakfast the waiters usually remove the plates from your table while your cutlery is still on the plate. So they slide out the plate below the cutlery so that the cutlery falls of. While doing this they say „finish?!“. Note that they first remove the plate and then ask if you are done eating.- For one dinner we were a little late because we had to get our baby to sleep in the room. When we came to restaurant, maybe 4 tables were occupied with others guests. The rest was empty. The waiter told us that we were late and therefore he will actively let us wait longer before he attends us. We couldn’t believe what he said. We thought it was a joke but it was not. When he finally came to our table, he gave us a long speech about how you have to be punctual for dinner. It was unbelievable.And all of this for the price of 417€ per night.There is a systematic problem with the staff. They need to fix it otherwise they will have a problem long term.

The location is stunning and the views cannot be beat. A beautiful, well kept and very clean hotel. The grounds are spectacular and it just has a special feeling that is hard to articulate it but you know it when you feel it. It’s very memorable and the front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is the big but. We were celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary and were simply ignored and not served. It was insulting. We were on the edge of walking out and finally did. They served the table in front of us and then begrudgingly served us only to never visit our table again. Stay but do not dine.

Very nice surprise for our first time in Marjorca. The hotel is very pleasant with its very large swimming pool. Muleta Cove is heavenly. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
